IVF & Fertility Journey Support

The journey to meeting baby look different for all of us. Fertility journeys can feel hopeful, overwhelming and at times unexpectedly clinical. I offer calm, compassionate doula support alongside IVF and assisted conception, providing continuity of care through appointments, decision-making and the emotional rollercoaster that can arise.

Working with evidence-based information and a holistic full picture approach, I support you to explore what feels right for your body and your circumstances. I also have a trusted network of acupuncturists, nutritionists, reflexologists and other holistic practitioners, so we can widen your support circle for any of your wants and needs.

My role is to ensure you feel informed, held and truly supported at every stage of your journey.

Antenatal Package - £950

• 3 x in-depth, in person sessions + virtual support via WhatsApp

• Topics covered: birth rights, advocacy, navigating the maternity system

• Stages and hormones of labour, birth physiology

• Comfort measures, coping strategies, hypnobirthing and other tools

• Birth planning & postpartum preparation

Birth Planning Package — £200

• A focused 1–2 hour session, ideal if you want support clarifying your preferences and feeling confident in your choices.

  This session can be adapted to support birth or postnatal planning, depending on where you are in your journey.

  We may cover:

  • your wishes and preferences for birth

  • navigating the maternity system and finding out what’s right for you

  • birth rights and autonomy

• This session is often chosen by those who want clarity and reassurance without committing to ongoing support.

Birth Doula Package - from £2,400

As your birth doula, I offer personalised, non-judgemental emotional and practical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period. Our work together centres on your hopes, concerns, and wishes, helping you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby.

You and your chosen birth partner will have a calm, supportive space to explore options, ask questions, and create birth preferences that feel right for you.

Together, we’ll work through any thoughts or feelings around pregnancy and labour, so you feel understood, prepared, and supported every step of the way.

This package includes:

• 3 in-depth, in-person antenatal sessions

• Continuous WhatsApp and phone support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum

• 24/7 on-call support from around 38 weeks until birth

• Continuous support throughout labour and birth

• 1-2 in-depth, in-person postnatal sessions

• Free hire of birth kit

• Evidence-based research and resources

Double Doula Care - £2,500 - 3,000

Double Doula care means receiving the combined support of two doulas working together throughout your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum period.

This model offers the benefits of two perspectives, two sets of experiences and two physical presences to cover your on-call period - ensuring continuous, reliable support. It can be especially helpful for longer labours, as we can work in shifts so you are continuously supported, rested and cared for throughout.

Some clients also love it as it offers different perspectives and insights into your personalised care.

What’s included:

• 3 in-depth, in-person antenatal core sessions

• 1-2 in-depth, in-person postnatal sessions

• Continuous on-call availability from around 38 weeks until birth

• Continuous labour support

• Ongoing emotional and informational support via WhatsApp, text or phone from booking until 6 weeks postpartum

• Free hire of birth kit

• Evidence based research and resources

Antenatal sessions may explore:
Birth rights and advocacy, birth planning, comfort measures and movement, relaxation and affirmations, informed decision-making (BRAINS), and understanding birth physiology and hormones.

I work with a number of trusted doulas within my network who share a similar ethos and approach to care, ensuring you receive consistent, compassionate and continuous support every step of the way.

Standard Postnatal Support - 20 hours / £850

This package offers calm, personalised postpartum support to help you settle into life with your baby.

You’ll receive practical and emotional support tailored to your needs - whether that’s help with feeding, settling routines, rest, or simply feeling supported and held.

This includes:

• 20 hours of support, scheduled with you to suit your routine

• Practical help with feeding, settling & daily rhythms

• Emotional presence, reassurance, and supporting confidence

• Gentle postpartum preparation and guidance

• Flexibility for what matters most to you

This level of support is ideal if you want meaningful, targeted care in those early weeks.

Enhanced Postnatal Support - 45 hours / £1,600

This extended package is designed for families who want deeper, ongoing support through the early postpartum period.

It offers more time together, greater continuity, and space for transitions that unfold over several weeks - including feeding support, routine establishment, emotional settling, and integration into family life.

This includes:

• 45 hours of support, scheduled flexibly with you

• Practical help with feeding, settling & daily rhythms

• Emotional support through hormonal, physical, and relationship changes

• Guidance on rest, self-care, and newborn rhythms

• Deeper time for reassurance, adjustment, and confidence-building

This enhanced level of care is especially useful if you want continuity throughout the first weeks, extra hands during cluster periods, or more time to settle into your postpartum rhythm.

Overnight Postnatal Support

By Arrangement (9:00 pm – 7:00 am)

Postpartum Ad-Hoc Support - £40/hour (3-hour minimum)

Power Hour — £110/hour

• 1-hour Zoom/Google Meet session + virtual WhatsApp support

Virtual Birth Doula Support - £1,200

Personalised, evidence-based support wherever you are.

Whether you're based elsewhere in the UK or abroad, virtual doula support allows us to work together wherever you are located.

I'll support you throughout your pregnancy, helping you navigate appointments, prepare for birth, make informed decisions and feel confident in your choices. When labour begins, I'll be available remotely to support you and your birth partner virtually until your baby is born.

What's included:

• Three in-depth antenatal sessions online (approx. 90 minutes each)

• Personalised birth planning

• Evidence-based information and resources tailored to your circumstances

• Unlimited WhatsApp support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum

• On-call from 10 days before EDD

• Continuous support throughout labour via phone, WhatsApp or FaceTime

• One virtual postnatal debrief session
