Birth Planning Package — £180
1–2 hour session, adaptable to postpartum plan
Covers preferences and wishes for birth, navigating the maternity system, birth rights, autonomy, and helpful tools
Provides clarity, reassurance, and confidence in your choices — for birth, postpartum, or both.

Birth Doula Package — £1,800
As your birth doula, I provide personalised, non-biased emotional and practical support, helping you explore options for your baby's birth and create any birth plan (s) that feel right for you. Together, we focus on your hopes, fears, and dreams as you prepare to enter this new chapter of your life.
You and your chosen birth partner will have a calm, safe space where you feel informed, supported, and confident.
We will go through any questions or feelings around your pregnancy and labour, ensuring you feel understood, informed, and prepared.
3 x antenatal visits

On-call 2 weeks before EDD until birth
Continuous labour support
2 x postnatal visits

Double Doula Care — £2,400
Double doula care means receiving the combined support of two doulas working together throughout your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum period.
This model offers the benefits of two perspectives, two sets of experiences and two physical presences to cover your on-call period - ensuring continuous, reliable support. It can be especially helpful for longer labours, as we can work in shifts so you are continuously supported, rested and cared for throughout. Some clients also love it as it offers different perspectives and insights into your personalised care.
What’s included:
4 in-depth, in-person antenatal sessions (2–3 hours each)
2 in-depth, in-person postnatal sessions (3–4 hours each)
Continuous on-call availability from 38 weeks until birth
Continuous labour support
Ongoing emotional and informational support via WhatsApp, text or phone from booking until 6 weeks postpartum
Antenatal sessions may explore:
Birth rights and advocacy, birth planning, comfort measures and movement, relaxation and affirmations, informed decision-making (BRAINS), and understanding birth physiology and hormones.I work with a number of trusted doulas within my network who share a similar ethos and approach to care, ensuring you receive consistent, compassionate and continuous support every step of the way.

Basic Postnatal Package — £600 (20 hours)
Flexible 20 hours of in-person support (up to 12 weeks)
Feeding, newborn care, emotional wellbeing, household support
Birth debrief
Support tailored to your needs to help you feel confident, nurtured, and cared for during the early weeks.
Enhanced “Welcome Home” Package — £1,575 (45 hours)
Suggested structure: Week 1: 5 sessions
Week 2: 4 sessions

Overnight Postnatal Support —
By Arrangement (9:00 pm – 7:00 am)
Single night: £350
3-night block: £930 (£310/night)
5-night block: £1,500 (£300/night)

Not a regular offering, but available by arrangement to provide reassurance and rest during the night.
Postpartum Ad-Hoc Support — £34/hour (3-hour minimum)
